S\u0131nava gireceklere acilen bunun \u00fcstesinden gelme becerisi kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6\u011frenilen bilginin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na engelleyen ve ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7an yo\u011fun duygu hali\u201d diye tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor s\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131. \u00dcniversite imtihan\u0131 yakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a en \u00fcst seviyeye ula\u015f\u0131yor. Pek \u00e7ok aday\u0131n ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkiliyor. S\u0131nav\u0131n sonucuna ili\u015fkin olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, terdinginlik ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan kaynaklan\u0131yor kayg\u0131. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri\u2019nde (ABD) bu kayg\u0131 t\u00fcr\u00fcyle ba\u015f etme durumundakilerin toplam \u00f6\u011frencilere oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 20 iken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fczde 70 civar\u0131nda. Tablo g\u00f6steriyor ki, s\u0131nava gireceklere acilen kayg\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelme becerisi kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Peki ama nas\u0131l? S\u0131nav \u201cbeni ileride olmak istedi\u011fim mesle\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak\u201d bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 adaylarda rahatlama yapar. Ama\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00fcrece b\u00fcnye bu durumu tehdit olarak alg\u0131lar ve kendini savunmaya \u00e7eker. Kayg\u0131 dedi\u011fimiz gerginlik de i\u015fte burada devreye giriyor.
