Belirli bir program dahilinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00e7o\u011fu kez o an ki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma isteklerine g\u00f6re \u201csavruk ve d\u00fczensiz\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Bu \u00f6\u011frenciler bazen iyi motive olup g\u00fcnl\u00fck 4 \u2013 5 saat ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken bazen de g\u00fcnl\u00fck en fazla bir saat ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>Saman alevini and\u0131ran bu tarz bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015feklinin ise verimli olmaktan \u00e7ok uzak oldu\u011fu a\u015fik\u00e2rd\u0131r. H\u00e2lbuki \u00fcniversite s\u0131nav\u0131na haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken istikrarl\u0131 olmak ve ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan so\u011fumamak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaktan so\u011fuyan birisinin kendisini tekrar toparlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in de epeyce bir zaman\u0131n ge\u00e7mesi gerekmektedir. Unutmamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z ki en k\u00f6t\u00fc program bile ki\u015finin hi\u00e7 program\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131ndan daha iyidir.\u00a0 Ayr\u0131ca programl\u0131 ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131z moralinizin y\u00fckselmesine ve kendinizi daha iyi hissetmenizi de sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Ders \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Program\u0131 Haz\u0131rlarken Nelere Dikkat Edilmeli?\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ayl\u0131k, haftal\u0131k ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck hedefler \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlemeniz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6ncelikle bir ay s\u00fcreyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz konular\u0131 belirlemelisiniz. Daha sonra belirledi\u011finiz bu konular\u0131 4 haftaya b\u00f6l\u00fcn. Son a\u015famada ise haftal\u0131k konular\u0131 g\u00fcnlere b\u00f6lmelisiniz. Bu tarz bir program haz\u0131rlaman\u0131z \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc g\u00f6rmenizi sa\u011flayacak ve motivasyonunuzu y\u00fckseltecektir. B\u00f6yle bir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z takdirde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131z gereken konular\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fczde b\u00fcy\u00fctebilir ve \u201cbu kadar konuyu nas\u0131l yeti\u015ftirece\u011fim\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle \u00fcmitsizli\u011fe kap\u0131labilirsiniz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmas\u0131na yani \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r veya \u00e7ok hafif olmamas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermelisiniz. \u00d6zellikle h\u0131rsl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler program haz\u0131rlarken abart\u0131ya ka\u00e7abiliyorlar. Bu \u00f6\u011frenciler normal bir tempoyla 2-3 haftada bitirilmesi gereken konular\u0131 bir haftada bitirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Fakat \u00e7o\u011fu kez bu y\u00fck\u00fcn alt\u0131nda ezilir ve erken pes ederler. Tabii ki bu durum onlar\u0131n \u00fcmidinin k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u015ftiyaklar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkilenmesine sebep olmaktad\u0131r. H\u00e2lbuki as\u0131l \u00f6nemli olan husus, ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken \u201cistikrarl\u0131 olman\u0131zd\u0131r.\u201d Ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmayan program\u0131n\u0131z \u201csaman alevine\u201d benzerken, ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olan ise k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn yanmas\u0131 gibi uzun s\u00fcreli olacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 haz\u0131rlarken hangi derslere hangi saatlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 iyi belirlemelisiniz. Zihinsel ve bedensel olarak din\u00e7 olman\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra dikkatinizin de yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu saatler sizin i\u00e7in en verimli saatlerdir. En verimli saatlerinizi kavramakta en \u00e7ok zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z konulara ay\u0131rmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc din\u00e7 halinizle iki saatlik ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131z yorgun oldu\u011funuz zaman ki d\u00f6rt saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131za bedel olabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00fcnl\u00fck program\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sadece bir derse ay\u0131rman\u0131z s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olabilir. Bir g\u00fcnde tek bir derse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine iki derse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak daha motive edici olabilir. Fakat ikiden fazla derse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak pek yararl\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir durumda konulara y\u00fczeysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olursunuz ki bu da son derece verimsiz bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ayn\u0131 formattaki derslere \u00fcst \u00fcste \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak da sizi bunaltabilir. Bunun yerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z derslerden birisinin say\u0131sal, di\u011ferinin s\u00f6zel olmas\u0131 sizin i\u00e7in daha motive edici olabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Blok halinde ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak<\/em><\/strong> konusuna gelince\u2026 Blok halinde 1,5 veya 2 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak yerine 45 \u2013 50 dakikal\u0131k dilimler halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131z daha mant\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ne kadar iyi niyetli olsan\u0131z da blok \u015feklindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda dikkatiniz daha \u00e7abuk da\u011f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. 45 \u2013 50 dakikal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan sonra 10 \u2013 15 dakika dinlenmelisiniz. Fakat bu dinlenme s\u00fcresini \u00e7ok uzatmamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Aksi takdirde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan so\u011fuyabilirsiniz. Hedefledi\u011finiz saate kadar s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kendinize zaman ay\u0131rabilir ve dinlenebilirsiniz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken zaman\u0131 verimli kullanmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nem<\/em><\/strong>lidir. Disiplinli ve tempolu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla iki saatte bitirece\u011finiz bir konuyu e\u011fer 4 \u2013 5 saatte ancak bitirebiliyorsan\u0131z, bu durum zaman\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 verimli kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ve ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken \u00e7ok \u201coyaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131\u201d g\u00f6sterir. Baz\u0131 zor konular elbette ki sizi \u00e7ok oyalayacakt\u0131r. Bu son derece normal bir durumdur. Fakat \u00e7ok basit konularda bile saatlerce oyalanman\u0131z ve bunu bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmeniz zaman\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 iyi kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ya da verimli ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 bilmedi\u011finizi g\u00f6sterir. Ders ba\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrenin uzamas\u0131 ise kendinize daha az zaman ay\u0131rman\u0131za ve ho\u015flanarak yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z etkinliklere yeterince zaman ay\u0131ramaman\u0131za sebep olacakt\u0131r. Bu durum ise belli bir zaman sonra ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sizin i\u00e7in bir k\u00e2bus haline getirebilir. Yani saatlerce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma odan\u0131zda kalman\u0131z sizi bunaltaca\u011f\u0131 gibi ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan da zevk almaman\u0131za sebep olacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frencileri ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken en \u00e7ok oyalayan hususlara gelince; hayallere dalmak, cep telefonuyla oynamak, m\u00fczik e\u015fli\u011finde ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cYeni konu bitirmek\u201d temel prensibiniz olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Konu eksi\u011finiz oldu\u011fu halde s\u0131nava girmeniz kayg\u0131 d\u00fczeyinizi artt\u0131racak ve kendinize olan g\u00fcveninizi olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyecektir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Program\u0131n\u0131zda mutlak soru \u00e7\u00f6zme hedefi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yeteri kadar soru \u00e7\u00f6zmeseniz konular\u0131 tam olarak kavrayamazs\u0131n\u0131z. E\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z konuyla ilgili sorular\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k % 80\u2019ini do\u011fru olarak \u00e7\u00f6zebiliyorsan\u0131z konuyu anlam\u0131\u015fs\u0131n\u0131z demektir. Okulunuzda veya dershanenizdeki \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinizden bu konuda destek alabilirsiniz.
